Happy Halloween!!!

Yet another Halloween has past and November has began. We had a great time yesterday celebrating with family and friends. This year our family picked a pirate theme and we all adorned our best pirate get ups. I enjoy the time I spend with my children creating exciting costumes. We scavenge the house for materials and this year we sacrificed a couple of sheets and a table cloth to make shirts, sashes, bandannas. A trip to the thrift store for belts, vests, pants( to shred) and other accessories. All said and done a family of 8 fully costumed for under $40.00.
I dressed up for work and had a great time with my co-workers seeing the clients smile at our costumes. One of Irina's clients a 99 year old young lady kindly posed with us for a photo-op.

Sadly, today is Irina's last day with our SportClips Team, I will miss her dearly. She has been with us for 5 years and she is stepping out on her own to full service. I took the opportunity to take a photo with her in her HOT Foxy duds...

After work I hustled home to prepare some freakish foods and had a feast with our friends before a spooky trip around the neighborhood Trick-or Treating. As always we checked through all the candy for anything that might be unwrapped or wasn't sealed and disposed of it. The kids got three pieces of candy each and then brushed teeth and off to bed.
